Inkwareny Artists is the art centre of Yuelamu, a remote Anmatyerr community in Central Australia, where artists paint the songlines, country and dreaming stories of their people. The centre needed everything: a logo and brand, a website that honours the work, and an online store that stays accurate without manual data entry.

How we
did it

We started with the identity, creating a logo and brand that hold their own, then designed a website that gives the artists, their stories and provenance room to be understood.

The store is connected to SAM through Defyn's SAM plugin, so artworks, artists and provenance flow straight into the shop without anyone typing them in twice.

The outcome

Inkwareny now has a brand and online store that match the depth of the work coming out of Yuelamu, and a direct sales channel that supports the art centre.
