Our approach

How we
did it

We mapped the experience from the merchant's side: install, scan, get a named list, fix it. One-click install with no theme edits, automatic scans of key pages on mobile and desktop, and a per-app table sorted by impact.

Under the hood, a custom attribution engine links scripts, blocking time and app blocks back to the app that added them, using real Lighthouse scans. A fast marketing site launched alongside the app.

The outcome

Store Auditor is live on the Shopify App Store and gives any merchant a clear, ranked list of the apps dragging their store down, with a fix for each.
