How we
did it
We moved the site to WordPress and redesigned every page with an editorial feel: a strong hero, case studies, field notes and separate enquiry paths for projects, retainers and workshops.
Content came across from Webflow with URLs preserved, so no search equity was lost in the move, and we set up the SEO, schema and speed foundation the site had been missing.
The outcome
The new site ranks, publishes in minutes and brings in qualified enquiries from founders and CEOs who fit the advisory work.
